• Delivery in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden and Denmark is carried out via parcel machines or by courier, depending on the size and weight of the package.
• In other European Union countries, delivery is carried out by local postal and courier service providers of the specific country.
• For countries outside the European Union, we provide delivery for goods up to 2 kilograms. If the goods are over 2 kilograms, you need to contact the 1313.lv team.
• We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, or African countries.
• Receiving goods at the BASIC SIA office: Vecozoli, Salaspils, LV-2118, regardless of the amount of goods purchased, is free of charge.

Warning for international buyers outside the European Union

It is necessary to take into account the following when making purchases from our online store:

• Customs duties: Buyers outside the European Union will need to clear their goods through customs. This may include additional customs fees and duties that must be paid by the customer.
• Return shipping costs: In the event that the customer wishes to return the item, we do not cover shipping and customs costs.
• Delivery times: Delivery times can vary significantly depending on the customer’s location. Delivery times can range from 9 to 40 business days.

Return of goods

The Buyer as a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the transaction concluded with the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery (receipt) of the Goods, except for the cases specified in the Cabinet of Ministers’ Regulations, without stating the reasons for withdrawal. The guarantee does not affect the right of withdrawal that the law provides to the consumer in the case of a distance purchase-sale contract.

• During the period of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer has the right to use the goods to the extent necessary to check the nature, properties and operation of the goods (to the same extent as it could be done before purchasing the goods at the point of sale). The goods must be undamaged, have not lost their original appearance (labels not removed and not damaged, protective films not torn, etc.) and unused. If the goods are not complete or not in the original packaging, or the packaging of the goods is significantly damaged (except for the case when it is impossible to open the packaging without damaging it), or the goods are damaged, the Seller has the right not to accept the goods.

 

1.1. In the event that the Buyer (user) withdraws from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods, as provided for in clause 2.2 of these Terms, the goods shall be returned at the Buyer’s expense.

1.2. The goods are returned in the original packaging of the goods together with the goods documents (including the warranty card, if it was submitted together with the goods). When returning, it is necessary to attach a VAT invoice.

1.3. The Buyer is responsible for the proper assembly and packaging of the returned goods. If the goods are not assembled and (or) properly packaged, the Seller will not accept the returned goods. For exact requirements, please inquire by phone or e-mail.

1.4. Goods are not accepted back if they have been used, damaged and (or) have lost their appearance (changes in the appearance of the goods or their packaging that were necessary for viewing the goods are not considered significant changes in the appearance of the goods).

1.6. Quality goods ordered by special order are not accepted back and exchanged. If the Customer refuses to purchase goods ordered and delivered by special order, the money paid is not returned.

1.7. For returned goods, the money will be returned in the same way as the Buyer purchased the goods. (For example, if paid via internet banking, the money will also be returned via internet banking.)

To ensure that the product selected by the Buyer is compatible with the Buyer’s car, please carefully read the terms and conditions below before making payment.

1. Ensuring product compatibility:

Before making payment, the Buyer will be asked the following question:

“Are you sure this product is compatible with your chosen car?”

2. Answer options:

2.1. If the Buyer answers “Yes”: We will process the Buyer’s order and ship the item.

2.2. If the Buyer answers “No”: A window will open with the following fields to be filled in:

• Buyer’s email address

• Phone number

• Car make and model

• VIN number

• Name or number of the part you are looking for

 

3. Verification process:

3.1. If the Buyer notes that they do not know whether the product is compatible with the car, our team will check the compatibility within three business days using the information provided by the Buyer and provide a response to the email provided.
