These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods and the use of the 1313.lv online store, operated by SIA “BASIC” (Reg. No. LV40003244704).
By using 1313.lv, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Orders can be placed either as a guest or a registered user. The customer must provide their full name, phone number, email, and delivery address.
After placing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing payment and delivery information.
Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. The order becomes binding once the confirmation email is received.
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
SIA “BASIC” reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; this does not affect already confirmed and paid orders.
EU-registered businesses with a valid VAT (VIES): may purchase goods without VAT when paying by bank transfer, after VIES registration verification.
Card payments are processed through a secure SSL-encrypted payment gateway that meets the 3D Secure standard.
After successful payment, a confirmation is automatically sent by email.
EU-registered companies with valid VAT (VIES) may purchase without VAT if payment is made via bank transfer and the status is verified in the VIES register.
“In stock” – available from supplier’s warehouse (delivery 1–5 business days).
“In store” – physically available in our Salaspils location (same or next-day pickup).
Customers are encouraged to contact us for confirmation of product availability before purchase.
We deliver throughout the European Union and also to other countries worldwide.
Delivery is carried out by courier, postal service, or parcel locker where possible according to parcel size and weight limitations.

The customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, in accordance with Latvian and EU consumer protection laws.
To cancel an order, please email info@1313.lv, indicating the order number and product code,
as long as the item has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but the customer retains
the right to return the item within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal to the following address:
Vecozoli, Salaspils, LV-2118, Latvia.
Returns can also be sent via any parcel locker or pickup point in Salaspils, if parcel dimensions and weight allow.
Once the returned item is received, SIA “BASIC” will notify the customer by email.
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect goods.

Used parts come from dismantled vehicles that have mostly been involved in traffic accidents (crashed).
These vehicles cannot be started, road-tested, or connected to full electrical power across all systems;
therefore, comprehensive and long-term testing is not possible.
Each used part is visually inspected and photographed, but the buyer must acknowledge and accept the risk
associated with the technical condition of used parts.
The warranty does not cover natural wear, improper installation, or damage caused during use.
All personal data are processed in accordance with GDPR and the SIA “BASIC” Privacy Policy.
Data are used solely for order processing and communication with the customer. 1313.lv uses Google Analytics and other analytical tools
to improve website functionality.
SIA “BASIC” does not transfer personal data to unrelated third parties.
Personal data are shared only with necessary service providers for order fulfillment: logistics and courier companies (delivery),
payment service providers (transaction processing), and accounting partners (invoicing).
Exception: data may also be disclosed to competent authorities (law enforcement, Data State Inspectorate, tax institutions) if required by law.
All partners comply with GDPR and have signed data processing agreements.

Customer support is available in Latvian, Russian, and English. Messages via WhatsApp may be sent in any language — we respond promptly and courteously.
Disputes shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
SIA “BASIC” reserves the right to modify or supplement these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect upon publication on 1313.lv.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the relevant EU directives on consumer rights. Any ambiguities shall be interpreted in favor of the customer.
SIA “BASIC” reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an incorrect price or description (for example, due to synchronization errors).
The company is not liable for indirect damages caused by third parties or delivery delays.
We deliver to all EU countries and other international destinations where the sale of auto parts is permitted, and always strive for a fair, human solution.
